Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)

All raw materials, laser sources, galvo scanners, electronic components, and mechanical parts are inspected and tested against strict acceptance criteria. Non-conforming parts are immediately rejected and returned to suppliers. Each batch is tracked with full traceability documentation.

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

Standardized SOPs at every workstation with real-time monitoring and quality checkpoints. Assembly technicians follow detailed work instructions, and each critical process is verified before moving to the next stage. Statistical process control (SPC) is applied to key parameters.

Finished Product Testing (FQC)

Every completed machine undergoes a comprehensive 72-hour burn-in test, beam profiling, laser power calibration, marking accuracy verification, and full functional testing. Performance data is recorded and compared against our internal standards which exceed industry norms.

Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQC)

Final visual inspection, packaging verification, and a comprehensive QC report is issued for every shipped unit. Accessories and documentation are cross-checked against the packing list. Each machine is assigned a unique serial number for lifetime traceability.
